Statistics Committee

The Statistics Committee operates in strict accordance with European Competition Compliance laws and with CEFIC’s statistical rules.

The role of the Statistics Committee is to:
  
  • Collate and validate all relevant statistics concerning sulphuric acid
  • Work with the CEFIC Statistician to prepare a factual presentation, to be handed out at the General Assembly meetings, from the historical data provided by the ESA members
  • Assist the Management Committee in developing responses to questions and enquiries from the European Commission or any decision making body, and to express the view of the European sulphuric acid industry as a whole, by providing or collecting useful data/information.
